How Do I Receive Support Going Forward?
You will soon be receiving communication from a member of our customer support team from your Strategic Account Manager, along with other introduction materials.
Has my account manager changed?
Yes. You will be contacted by your assigned account manager DeAnna Brooks or Greg Barth. If you have any questions, please contact (deanna.brooks@lbmc.com and greg.barth@lbmc.com)
I am in the middle of an implementation. How does this acquisition affect my organization?
Please continue to move forward with your implementation. Our commitment is to make the transition as seamless as possible. If you’re in the middle of an implementation, Kenneth Sims, Director of Delivery, will be reaching out to you directly.
Should I remit invoice payments to LBMC moving forward?
Please submit payments to the company that issued the invoice. You can expect LBMC to start invoicing in January 2025 for renewal periods starting February 1, 2025.
What if I have accounting related questions?
If you have any administrative questions, please reach out to our Billing Manager, Karen Cobb at karen.cobb@lbmc.com. She can help answer any questions for you or get you any additional forms you require, like LBMC’s W-9 form or a sales tax exemption form. Those administrative documents can be returned to purchasing@lbmc.com.
